At HomEstate Costa Blanca, our client always transfers the reservation or deposit fund´s directly into the Seller´s bank account and/or into an official escrow bank account from the Notary officer, this only happens after the proof of ownership has been provided simplifying procedures, reassuring peace of mind and absolute transparency to our clients on both sides!

Once the transaction has been concluded before the notary officer our profesional services are always paid directly by the Seller and never by the Buyer.
